Please read the following carefully. By using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions set by Bahirah.
The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions. ‘You’, ‘your’ and ‘client’ refers to anyone using the website www.bahirah.com. ‘We’, ‘us’, ‘ourselves’, refers to the company Bahirah. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular or plural are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same. Bahirah may modify this agreement at any time.
All content present on this website, including image, information and logos, are rightfully owned by Bahirah or/and our manufacturers. Clients are prohibited to download or change any of the images found on this website, unless permissions is given by Bahirah to do so. When visiting this site, you agree that the content used within this site is for your non-commercial use only.
Legal Ownership of Goods
Goods will be in the ownership of Bahirah until full payment of goods has been paid and cleared by the client. We do not accept deposits in order to complete the clients order. Full payments must be made in order to receive the goods. If for any reason we are unable to deliver goods, even after accepting the order due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified via email and will be refunded immediately.
Returns & Exchanges policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you have purchased. Stitched outfits are non-refundable, however semi-stitched outfits can be exchanged for other semi-stitched outfit. Semi-stitched outfits should be returned within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please ensure the outfit you are returning is in its original condition. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded. Also, when returning an item, we advise customers to return via recorded delivery as we will not be able to exchange an item if the original order has been misplaced. When exchanging an item, please ensure you enclose a note with the package stating your name, email address, order number and the item you would like to exchange to. Exchanges will take 7-14 working days to process after receiving the original order. If exchanging, you will be sent an invoice for postage charges. Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the postage fee has been paid. Maxis/Abayas can only be exchanged for other Maxis/Abayas. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Refunds/Exchanges will not be accepted for products purchased at sale price, from the OUTLET section or jewellery.
Bahirah will not held responsible for any delivery delayed by any third party ie; delivery services. Once an order has been placed, and the client wishes to change the delivery address after already confirming an address, the client must email email@example.com. Messages/Comments left on our Social Media Sites/Profiles regarding address change, will not be taken into consideration. If your address is incorrect and is returned back to us after dispatching, an invoice will be sent for postage fees again.
Bahirah makes every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. However, due to photography and lighting, there may be some slight variation in colour. All measurements are an approximate however we do make the effort ensure that all measurements provided in our measurement chart area as accurate as possible. Measurements stated on rut measurement chart are those of a standard size, hence custom tailoring will not be possible. Clients may have to make slight adjustments themselves in order to get a perfect fitting. Once an order has been placed for a stitched suit, the size of the size cannot be changed. We will ensure that all description regarding the product will be to the best of our knowledge however for illustration purposes, there may be slight variation in the outfits shown online. Bahirah will make every effort to deliver the goods in perfect condition however heavy embroidered products may be subject to some loss. This is not due to the way goods are handled at Bahirah but merely because of the delicacy of the product.
We do not accept returns on personalised jewellery orders. Jewellery must be kept away from direct sunlight in order to prevent colour change. It is also important to keep away from water as this may result to the jewellery to loose colour as it is plated only. We do not provide gurantee for jewellery as it is the customers responsibility to take care of it.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted when placing an order. Payment is taken via PayPal to ensure that the transaction is protected from fraud. We do not accept payment on delivery or cheques.
If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you must keep in mind that cancellation of order will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period of time, we will not be able to cancel your order.
