What is the difference between semi-stitched & stitched?
Semi-stitched will need to be tailored to the size you require by your tailor. The neck of the outfit is attached and the sleeves, however the sides are loose so that they can be stitched to your size. We also offer a tailoring service, so we stitch the dress for you.
What happens after I’ve made payment for my order?
After making payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail which will include the dispatch information.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number (over seas order) and the service which was used, in order for you to track your item. If you are within the UK, you will receive a tracking number which will only show information once it has been signed for. Please email email@example.com for an update. Orders dispatched within UK are sent via Royal Mail Signed For post.
I’ve placed an order but I want to cancel it, can I?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can process the cancellation.

We use Royal Mail Services to deliver all orders.
